Impasto Wax,10oz-10oz

Impasto wax is a blend of USP beeswax and translucent white microcrystalline wax. It is an economical way to add dimension to encaustic painting, build texture quickly and is ideal for creating sculptural surfaces. Microcrystalline wax will yellow over time so impasto wax should be used early in the layering process and encapsulated with encaustic paint. Available in a 10 oz. bag.
