This new hybrid extra fine artist media has a water-soluble wax formulation that allows it to be used dry or wet on paper, cardboard, canvas, glass etc. Due to their very high pigment concentration, colors are exceptionally brilliant. Their semi-opaque nature allows use on darker surfaces with dry techniques and for sgraffito work.
