Quilling Tool Set

Lake City Crafts Quilling Tools are designed to provide the professional look to all your quilling. Set (1ea of 170 & 171)- Contains a tapered tip needle quilling tool that is designed to allow the serious quiller to obtain the small, tight centers in rolls and scrolls which gives the delicate appearance. Also has a slotted tip tool that is designed to hold the end of the quilling paper while the tool is turned, thus rolling the paper around the tool. A slight pressure on the paper strip maintains the proper tension on the roll.
